Welcome to Nova Inspections and Improvements, a premier father-and-son inspection team serving home buyers, builders, and investors across Southern Arizona. As a local family business, all inspections are performed directly by Adnan and Wesley—a dedicated team committed to delivering consistent quality, elite professionalism, and relentless attention to detail.

Our company was built on a strong foundation of rigorous, hands-on field training and mentorship alongside high-volume inspectors in the Phoenix market. Inspecting a wide range of properties helped us develop a deep, practical understanding of what truly matters during a property evaluation.

Out of respect for professional relationships and agreements, we don’t name specific mentors… but that experience directly shaped the thorough, detail-oriented inspection process we use today. Whether we are conducting a technical pre-drywall inspection or a meticulous final blue-tape walkthrough, we catch the structural, mechanical, and cosmetic oversights that builders and generic inspectors miss.
